<p>The fepblue app offers a range of benefits and features to make accessing and managing your healthcare easier. With this app, you can:</p>

<h4>Access your benefits:</h4>

  <li>View and share your member ID card</li>
  <li>Track your progress towards meeting your annual deductible or out-of-pocket maximum*</li>
  <li>Access information on visit limits for benefits and services, such as acupuncture visits*</li>
  <li>View medical and pharmacy claims, including Explanation of Benefits (EOB)</li>
  <li>Enhanced security with step-up authentication</li>
</ul>

<ul>
  <li>Contact the Nurse Line</li>
  <li>Find nearby urgent care centers</li>
  <li>Search for Preferred providers</li>
</ul>

<h4>Be notified:</h4>
<ul>
  <li>Receive important reminders directly to your mobile device with your permission</li>
</ul>

<h4>Stay connected to FEP:</h4>
<ul>
  <li>Easily access our website and social media channels through the app</li>
</ul>

<p>*Please note that it may take up to ten days for changes related to claims to be reflected on your account.</p>

<p>As an added convenience, you can enable Touch ID on iPhone for easier logging in after your initial setup. This allows you to log in with just your fingerprint.</p>

<p>Your information is securely protected using the latest technology and industry best practices. Your account can only be accessed through your MyBlue® login information, ensuring its confidentiality. It is recommended to keep the app and your phone's operating system up to date to benefit from the latest security features.</p>

<p>You can find providers and urgent care centers without logging in, although accessing benefit information requires you to log in using your MyBlue® username and password.
